A Story of Faith &
Educational Vision
Christhu Jyothi Vidyalayam — meaning "Light of Christ School" — was founded in 1980 in Christianpally, Mahbubnagar, by visionary educators driven by faith and a deep commitment to community upliftment. What began as a small school with just a handful of classrooms and fewer than 100 students has grown into one of Telangana's most respected educational institutions.
The school was established under the patronage of the local Christian community with the primary aim of providing quality English-medium education to children from all socioeconomic backgrounds in Mahbubnagar district. Over the decades, CJV has remained true to its founding principle: "Education for All, Excellence for Everyone."
Today, CJV serves over 1,200 students — with a dedicated faculty of 50+ teachers, modern infrastructure, and a rich tradition of academic and co-curricular excellence.
